FIJF (Football International Judicial Forensics) is an independent investigative initiative focused on public-interest reporting, forensic documentation, and governance analysis within football.

1.1 Purpose of FIJF

FIJF publishes investigations based strictly on public records, journalistic sources, official filings, and user-submitted material. FIJF does not accuse individuals unless information is already public and widely reported.

1.2 Right of Reply (Mandatory)

If you are mentioned in any FIJF publication and believe it is incomplete or inaccurate, you must first contact:

office@fijf.org

FIJF guarantees the right of reply, published either with attribution or anonymously, at your choice.

No legal claim may be initiated unless:

  • The right of reply was formally requested, and
  • FIJF refused to publish or correct it.

1.3 Investigative Safe Harbor

All FIJF publications fall under:

  • Freedom of the press
  • Good-faith investigative journalism
  • Public-interest reporting

Individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a competent court.

1.4 High-Risk Topics Disclaimer

Some investigations involve ultras, corruption allegations, governance failures, or judicial proceedings. FIJF does not imply guilt. All references are tied to public reporting or official documentation.

1.5 Jurisdiction & Disputes

Any dispute related to FIJF.org shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Luxembourg.

No other jurisdiction is permitted.

2. Press Freedom Declaration

FIJF adheres to:

  • European Convention on Human Rights — Article 10
  • UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights — Article 19
  • OSCE Media Freedom Principles

We protect sources, maintain editorial independence, and publish only what can be responsibly verified.

3. Privacy Policy

FIJF collects the minimum data necessary to operate:

  • Analytics (only with consent)
  • Messages submitted via forms
  • Tip submissions you choose to send
  • Server-level security logs

FIJF does not sell or trade personal data.
